Box Office: Jack Barely Escapes with his Beanstalk Intact

Jack and the Beanstalk [or Giant Slayer] didn’t slay all that much over the weekend. Despite big marketing the movie just did not attract the demos it was looking for, which was confused anyways. Not to mention that many people may be waiting for next week’s big family film from Disney OZ THE GREAT AND POWERFUL. The other new entrants didn’t do much better including the measly 21 and Over.
