BOX OFFICE:More Giant Robots...Boxing! UPDATED

UPDATED:So Hugh Jackman proved he can open a movie without the Xmen tag. Of course for some this weekend's winner may not be up to snuff as most were hoping for a mid 30's range, not the 27 million Real Steel brought in. It remains to be seen if good word of mouth can keep this movie afloat.Ides of March came in second, yet again showing that Clooney can open just about anything, anykind of movie he wants and make a buck with it.Dolphin Tale is still around as is Moneyball.

1 (+) Real Steel............................$ 27.3 million

2 (+) Ides of March ........................$ 10.4 million

Looks like this will be the movie to beat this weekend. Real Steel looks kinda cheesy but reviewers and good word of mouth have given this movie a big chance this weekend. Meanwhile George Clooney seeks yet another Oscar with Ides of March a political thriller.
