BOX OFFICE:HARRY POTTER: The End UPDATED

UPDATED: Well Potter has broken records left and right this weekend. It broke the midnight viewings held by Twilight new Moon with 43.5 million and opening 1 day records with 92 million. Added IMAX viewings means HP took in a whopping 168 million this 3 day weekend, beating the Dark Knight by about 10 million. Meanwhile Transformers 3 has now crossing 300 million domestically and may make 350 by the end. Looks like HP and Transformers will be fighting it out for biggest film for the year.

It all ends today as the last Harry Potter film hits theaters. Most critics and experts are saying it should be breaking records left and right. Estimates are saying 80 million on Friday alone! If you can't get in to the film, you may want to watch yet another children's classic, Winnie the Pooh. Hand drawn in stead of computer, it still has all the charm you remember.
