INCEPTION walked away with the top spot for the third week in a row despite a serious push from DINNER FOR SCHUCKS which came in second after winning Friday's BO. SALT came in third which makes this a bona fide hit for Jolie.

The weekend's other new releases falted out of the gate, as CHARLIE ST CLOUD was too front ended to last the weekend and fell to sixth. CATS AND DOGS 2 came in fifth despite haveing 3D ticket sales, proving that not ever 3D film will rake in the money. Hopefully this puts the brakes on all the 3D stuff coming up.
