Box Office: Shrek's Third Week Charm

He did it again. Proving yet again that the box office this summer stinks, SHREK managed to hang on for a third week as new comers had to fade away. Still at least two of them ended up in the top three. GET HIM TO THE GREEK and KILLERS actually did ok but will struggle to stay around. The kiddie brigade didn't like MARMADUKE and the horror crowd forgot there was even a movie out as SPLICED did very poorly despite good word of mouth.
